You'll be joining a large enterprise organisation undergoing significant digital transformation within the insurance domain. The Program is a major strategic initiative, and due to upcoming team changes and tight program timelines, this role is critical to ensuring quality delivery across the program.
Your new role
As the Senior Test Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end testing function for the Program. You'll manage a team of around 20 testers across both manual and automation streams, set the testing strategy, oversee governance, and ensure high‑quality outcomes across complex digital insurance initiatives. This is a leadership‑focused role with no hands‑on testing, centred on strategic oversight and delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong insurance domain expertise (mandatory)
* Experience with Duck Creek or Guidewire (highly desirable)
* Proven success managing large testing teams and enterprise‑scale programs
* Deep understanding of digital transformation within insurance
* Incident management experience in insurance environments
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to collaborate closely with Sydney‑based teams (Brisbane involvement possible)
