About the role
Join our team as a Brewery Sales Coordinator at MaltNHops Brewhaus, a dynamic and growing craft brewery in Beresfield, NSW. As a full-time Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all sales-related activities to support our expanding customer base and drive revenue growth.
What you'll be doing
* Manage and develop relationships with existing customers, including publicans, bottle shop owners, and restaurateurs
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local and regional markets
* Coordinate order fulfilment and delivery logistics to ensure timely and accurate order processing
* Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
* Develop and implementation of sales and marketing strategies including content creation, Meta and Tiktok marketing campaigns, EDM campaigns, POS tools for venues
* Maintain and update e-commerce platform
* Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales and supply
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory levels
* Attend trade shows, festivals, and other industry events to promote the MaltNHops' brand
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the food and beverage or FMCG industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Familiarity with the craft beer industry and an understanding of sales and distribution processes
* A keen interest in the craft beer industry and the ability to speak passionately about our products
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel within the local and regional areas as needed
* Familiarity with electronic marketing channels, ecommerce and content creation
