Our organisation plays a key role in assisting farmers across Australia and New Zealand in achieving optimal livestock production targets through specialty stock feeds.
This position is based in Ballarat and forms part of the Planning & Logistics Team, supporting administration functions related to procurement, production, and despatch activities for Victorian manufacturing sites as well as direct customer sales.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing consistent customer service to all clients.
* Ensuring accurate weighing of transport movements across the site weighbridge.
* Processing dockets for raw materials, co-products and manufactured product delivery.
* Processing Direct Ship dockets from supplier to customer.
* Assisting with accounts queries.
* Supporting logistics and leave coverage when required.
Requirements include:
* Formal qualifications or 5+ years' experience working in an administrative role preferably in animal feed manufacturing or food manufacturing.
* Proven experience with accounting and office administration.
* Understanding of manufacturing principles and activities.
* Microsoft computer literacy across all programs (D365).
* Knowledge of HACCP, Feedsafe, and Quality Assurance Management Systems.
