About Our Team
The Out of School Hours Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the OOSH program to build and maintain positive relationships with children, educators, staff, and the wider school community in a way that aligns with our Christian values. Specifically, this position will assist with the smooth operation of the OOSH service, adhering to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
This role involves working directly with children, performing administrative tasks, and serving as the Responsible Person and mentor to Educators. It reports directly to the OOSH Programs Director.
* Support the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Build strong relationships with children, educators, and staff.
* Collaborate with the OOSH team to achieve program goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the daily operations of the OOSH service.
* Provide support and guidance to Educators.
* Maintain accurate records and reports.
