As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SharePoint information architecture that meets the needs of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. This includes developing governance models, policies, and standards for content lifecycle, user access, and document management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input for migration of legacy content to SharePoint Online, ensuring integrity and usability.
• Support integration of SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power Automate, PowerApps, OneDrive).
• Deliver training, support, and documentation to business users and administrators.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role. You will need to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365, including modern sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, and permissions is required.
• Proven experience with enterprise content management (ECM) and record management principles is also necessary.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and their integration with SharePoint is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with compliance, security, and governance frameworks within M365 is also beneficial.
• Experience with tools like ShareGate, AvePoint, or Metalogix for migrations is a plus.
• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-600, PL-200) are highly valued.
• Previous experience in government or regulated industries is also an asset.
• Experience in change management or user adoption initiatives is highly desirable.
