About the role, we're seeking skilled caregivers with industry experience in Ageing and/or Disability to teach quality educational programs.

Essential Requirements
* Hold relevant qualifications and experience in Ageing and/or Disability, including a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support/Disability.
* Have at least three years of post-qualification experience gained within the past five years.
* Possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) and commit to maintaining competency.
* Demonstrate dedication to technical currency and VET knowledge and skills.
* Show ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
