Senior Leadership Opportunity in Healthcare
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Clinical Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing budgets, and overseeing the implementation of clinical governance and risk management frameworks. They will also be expected to collaborate with executive peers to drive health strategy and reform, and to support the development of innovative models of care.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clinicians, administrators, and other stakeholders to deliver excellent patient outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring that our services are safe, effective, and responsive to the needs of our community.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health models. You will also need to be able to manage multiple priorities, think critically, and make sound decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Clinical Operations team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
* Develop and implement clinical governance and risk management frameworks
* Collaborate with executive peers to drive health strategy and reform
* Support the development of innovative models of care
* Manage departmental budgets and resources
Requirements
* Degree in Nursing or related field
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Tertiary qualifications in leadership or management
* At least 5 years' experience in managing remote Aboriginal Primary Health Care services
