About the Role
As a Bridal Stylist, you'll be the face of the brand for our brides. You'll deliver world-class, personalised styling experiences, drive sales performance, and help set the service standard in our newest boutique.
You'll work closely with the Boutique Manager to support the team, contribute to a high-performance culture, and play a key role in maintaining the positive and highly regarded reputation of this signature boutique.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, personalised bridal styling experiences
* Drive sales, conversions and average order value
* Build strong relationships with brides and provide outstanding service
* Support the Boutique Manager in maintaining brand and service standards
* Assist with visual merchandising and boutique presentation
* Contribute to a positive, high-energy and high-performance team culture
* Maintain strong product knowledge and styling expertise
About You
* Proven experience in premium retail, bridal, fashion or luxury service
* Confident, warm and polished customer communicator
* Sales-driven with a strong understanding of conversion and service excellence
* Highly organised, reliable and professional
* Passionate about fashion, styling and customer experience
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
