Benefits: Be rewarded with a strong salary package that reflects your experience, with regular reviews as you grow within the business Strong promote-from-within culture, offering clear opportunities to progress into General Foreman and Site Manager positions Long-term stability with a builder delivering major residential and mixed-use developments Exposure to complex, high-profile projects valued up to $300M Ongoing mentorship and support from experienced construction leaders Positive team culture with a genuine focus on employee development Additional employee benefits and team events To be successful you will have the following: Proven experience as a Structures Foreman, Foreman, General Foreman, or Senior Site Supervisor within commercial construction Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects Strong understanding of structural construction methodologies, sequencing, and programme management Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and drive productivity outcomes on site Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience working within EBA environments will be highly regarded Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will oversee all structural works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and programme objectives are achieved throughout the construction phase. You will be responsible for coordinating structural trades, managing subcontractor performance, and driving day-to-day site operations to ensure successful project delivery.
