Administrative and Business Support Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the business unit.
* Undertake research, analysis, reporting, and implementation activities.
* Manage shared mailboxes and ensure timely responses to internal and external enquiries.
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing.
* Support cost monitoring and data management processes aligned with operational objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, data analysis, formulas).
* Strong experience in accounts payable and receivable functions.
* Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
