Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the launch of our new product range. The new offering will be announced to the market shortly, but experience in facades and internal linings will be highly regarded.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the construction and building materials industry. As the Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the market entry and growth of our new product range.

You will work closely with contractors, builders, and a diverse range of stakeholders, providing onsite support and building strong relationships to ensure the successful adoption of our innovative façade and internal lining solutions.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to launch and promote the new product range.
* Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including contractors, builders, architects, and developers.
* Provide onsite support to clients, offering technical expertise and product demonstrations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners to drive product adoption and sales.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and technical support) to align strategies and ensure seamless product rollout.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the company.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business development activities.


Key Requirements

* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
* Strong understanding of facades and internal linings, with relevant industry experience highly regarded.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to provide onsite support, including technical guidance and problem-solving for contractors and builders.
* Strategic thinker with a track record of launching new products or entering new markets.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills to close deals and drive business growth.
* Willingness to travel as required for onsite support and client meetings.
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, construction management, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
