About the Role
We are establishing a remote operations support team to enhance our project delivery capability. This role plays a critical part in supporting our on-site teams working on major renewable energy and construction projects across Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Support field teams by managing job data, schedules, and resources.
* Prepare and review estimates using specialized software.
* Monitor job progress and financial performance.
* Conduct audits to ensure compliance with key performance indicators.
* Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to resolve issues promptly.
The ideal candidate has experience in estimating, scheduling, or operations management (construction, electrical, or renewables preferred). They should be proficient in job management platforms, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently in a remote environment.
