PA&A District Sales Manager

As the District Sales Manager, your main focus is to drive growth on Parts, Accessories and Apparel (PA&A), by proactively developing actions / strategies for the key accounts and main dealer groups who are responsible for 60-70% of our PA&A revenues in ANZ.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive district results by identifying key market trends, analysing PA&A KPIs available such as $/Unit and best sellers, reviewing performance, leveraging opportunities and proposing improvement actions through Dealer Action Plans (DAPs)
Propose seasonal PA&A promotions, go-to-market strategies and other retail/wholesale incentives.
Provide dealer inventory analysis, influence restocking and inventory management.
Coach, train and support the network on PA&A products, retail environment, sales processes and service strategies, but also communicate other on-line trainings available to the Dealers.
Share dealership best practices across the network
Identify key pricing opportunities and make relevant recommendations to the PA&A pricing team and management
Support the Dealer network on the PA&A line-up representation in the showroom through accessorized units, merchandising display and POP material.
Attend the main Commercial Dealer activities (field days, boat shows) in order to contribute to the PA&A business growth.
Work in close collaboration with the Unit District Sales Managers and Regional Commercial Managers. Align commercial strategies, combined promos and travel plans.
What You Bring on Day One
Bachelor's degree (most likely in Business Administration or Similar)
Previous experience working within Parts, Accessories and Apparel within Powersports or Automotive industry.
Proven sales experience, including sales strategy and growth while achieving KPIs
Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and SAP are highly regarded
Automotive/Powersports industry and Merchandising experience is a plus
