Experienced Pool Construction Labourers / Installers – Full-Time
Hideaway Pools is a family-owned business specialising in fibreglass pool installations across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. We're expanding and looking for an experienced Pool Construction Labourer/Installer to join our team full-time.
About the Role:
You'll be hands-on with all aspects of fibreglass pool installations, including:
• Site preparation and setup
• Screeding, levelling, and backfilling
• Plumbing and bond beam concreting
• General site clean-up and final presentation
• Liaising with customers on-site, so a professional and polite manner is essential
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in pool construction is essential
• Minimum 6-12 months of pool construction experience required
• Strong understanding of on-site processes and ability to work independently
• Physically fit and capable of heavy manual work
• Quick thinking and adaptable to changing site conditions
• Flexible with hours depending on project requirements
• White Card (construction induction)
• Current driver's licence
• Reliable, hard-working and positive attitude – non-negotiable
• Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation required
Details:
• Full-time position
• $32–$40 per hour, depending on experience
• Work throughout the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas
• Company vehicle available after six months of employment
• Customer-facing role – professional presentation and communication required
