Reporting into the Customer Delivery Manager - Medical, the Sales & Service Operations Specialist - Medical will be based at our Notting Hill head office in Victoria and enjoy flexibility, a healthy work-life balance, and have the option of hybrid working. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of Service and Sales operations for our Medical Division by leveraging systems, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
* Support Sales and Service team members on CRM365 and associated systems' access, best practice use, analytics, and reporting requirements;
* Collaborate with Pacific Service and Sales Management, Global Service and Sales, and other internal departments;
* Guide employees on streamlined Service and Sales processes and be a cross-departmental connector;
* Assist with development, maintenance, and issue management of Service and Sales workflows;
* Implement and influence utilisation of new system functionality and operational procedures;
* Deliver continuous improvement projects whilst understanding and easing any resistance;
* Collect and share feedback for improvement of functionality for Global systems;
* Prepare and deliver training, inclusive of onboarding new team members;
* Understand requirements for knowledge transfer to the organisation;
* Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations.
Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry exposure;
* Circa 2 to 4+ years' experience in a similar Operations Specialist role, preferably supporting Sales and Service activities;
* Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and deliver training, workshops, and cross-functional activities;
* Background of working closely with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other similar ERP & CRM systems;
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications;
* Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
* Exemplary understanding of compliance rules and ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards;
* Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication, organisational, and task management skills.
