Your Role:
8:6 FIFO roster from Perth – a great work-life balance
Hands-on leadership across a tight-knit team
Ownership of dining operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service
Build strong client relationships and represent 28 Villages on-site
Accountable for ordering, stock control, budgets, mentoring and training
Get creative with buffet-style menus for Breakfast, Crib, Lunch, Dinner & Desserts
Drive excellence in food presentation, flavour and flair
Maintain high standards in food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance
Keep wastage low and quality high through smart catering controls
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Head Chef
A passion for great food—and the creativity to keep things exciting
Experience in bulk catering or similar environments
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, menu writing, cost control & rostering
Commitment to safe, hygienic work practices
Role Requirements:
Chef Qualification - Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
Manual driver's licence
Food Safety Supervisor
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
Ability to pass medical and drug/alcohol screening
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
