Key Risk and Assurance Leader
This pivotal role will provide strategic leadership across risk management, assurance, health and safety systems, training and compliance.
1. Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework, including registers, controls and reporting aligned to ISO 9001 and 45001 standards.
2. Build and embed critical risk and assurance programs that enhance visibility, compliance and control effectiveness.
3. Oversee the integrated management system to ensure alignment, consistency and compliance across all HSS functions.
4. Establish and manage a comprehensive training program to maintain visibility of safety, license-to-operate and compliance training.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
* To lead cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators.
* To establish metrics for measuring risk exposure and mitigation.
* To oversee the ongoing review and update of risk management policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Risk Management, or related fields).
* At least 5 years of experience in risk management, assurance, or a related field.
* Proven track record of leading teams and developing effective risk management strategies.
* Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
