This critical role provides strategic guidance on early intervention, rehabilitation and return to work, while collaborating closely with internal teams, external providers and insurers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our employees. an experienced Injury, Care & Recovery Advisor to join our team In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end injury management, workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work coordination in a large organisation, across multiple jurisdictions (NSW experience essential).Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and build trust with diverse stakeholders. Experience using a claims management system such as Injury Master/Solv. Strong understanding of workplace injury management, workers' compensation legislation, and organisational compliance requirements.
