2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsRecruitment Manager @ Hays | Technical RecruitingExciting Opportunity for Senior ESM (Enterprise Service Management) DevOps & Integration Engineer to join our reputed Fed Govt clientLong Term ContractYour new company:Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ESM (Enterprise Service Management) DevOps & Integration Engineer to join their Federal Government team.The Enterprise Service Management DevOps and Integration Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions. This role involves working closely with various departments and business units to ensure that the ESM platform meets the organization’s needs and enhances overall service delivery.Your new role:Develop and implement ESM solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices, including integrating various enterprise systems and tools.Design, develop and support backend integrations with AWS and Azure utilising components such as Power Apps, SQS, Lambda and SNS.Provide technical support and training to users, addressing any issues or concerns related to the ESM platform and facilitating user adoption through effective change management strategies.Develop automation scripts and plugins using such languages as Python, Java and Groovy.Work with other IT teams to integrate the ESM platform with other enterprise systems and tools, ensuring scalability and adaptability as the organisation grows.Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with various regulations to protect sensitive data.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery, continuously seeking ways to improve the system and streamline processes.Balance the costs of implementing and maintaining the ESM platform with the efficiency gainsto ensure value for the organization.What you'll need to succeed:Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ESM or IT service management platforms such as JiraEnterprise Service Management, BMC remedy or ServiceNow.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java and Groovy.Experience with AWS or other cloud services.Familiarly with CI/CD practices and tools such as Gitlab, Gitlab pipelines & Bitbucket.Proficiency in ESM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Cloud, Cherwell, and other relevant products.Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.What you'll get in return:Work with a team that values innovation, collaboration and excellenceExcellent environment with focus on work-life balanceEnjoy the diverse and inclusive workplaceWhat you need to do now:Speak to our Experts in Technology for a confidential discussion or send through your updated resume to Kanika.Behl@hays.com.au for immediate consideration.Hays appreciates the importance of workforce diversity and inclusion.
