About the Opportunity We are seeking an Associate to join our growing Wills & Estates team.You’ll work closely with our experienced practice leader – recommended in Doyles Guide for Estate Planning and Estate Litigation – and be supported by a skilled and collaborative team. In this role you will lead complex matters across estate planning, probate, estate administration, and litigation. You’ll work closely with high-net-worth individuals and business owners, providing tailored solutions that reflect their unique needs. Additional responsibilities of this role will include: Wills and estate planning including complex high net worth scenarios. Asset protection (personal, business, corporate, family trusts and superannuation). Probate and estate administration. Estate disputes and litigation. About You To be successful in this role you will have: At least 2 years post qualification experience with experience in estate planning, administration and disputes. A genuine interest in continuing to develop a broad Wills & Estates practice. Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail. A strong client‑focused mindset and a passion for achieving commercially sound outcomes. Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients.
