About the role
We are seeking a Property Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
Our Property Managers oversee a portfolio of properties and drive growth through client relationships and new opportunities. Your understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and local industry experience will help you build and maintain strong client relationships to meet their current and future needs. Supported by the Elders network, you will have opportunities to learn and advance your career.
Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, your responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their needs
Identifying and cultivating new investment opportunities
Conducting routine property inspections
Managing debtors
Preparing documents for landlords and tenants
Collaborating with the Elders team to explore innovative opportunities
Maximising promotional opportunities, including participation in field days and community events
About you
To succeed at Elders, you should:
Understand Residential Tenancy Legislation
Hold a current driver's license
Have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
Be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, and well-organized
Be tech-savvy, resourceful, and forward-thinking
Be a licensed Property Manager or willing to obtain a license with our support
