Key Finance Leadership Role
Drive strategic financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support business growth across the ANZ region.

* Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the ANZ region
* Act as a strategic business partner to the country leadership teams, providing commercial insights and challenge
* Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management practices
* Drive operational efficiencies and support growth initiatives across multiple channels and markets
* Oversee statutory reporting in accordance with IFRS, tax, and regulatory compliance in both Australia and New Zealand
* Play a key role in regional and global projects, including process improvement and systems upgrades
* Manage all local treasury and cash-flow requirements
Requirements
The successful applicant will have:
* CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive post-qualification experience in a similar Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer position
* Proven track record in managing finance for complex, multi-entity operations - ideally within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, or FMCG
* Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
* Commercially astute with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making
* Prior experience in SAP implementation or optimisation projects would be highly regarded
* Experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment will be advantageous
