Responsibilities
* Chatting with clients to uncover their needs and propose the perfect lift solutions.
* Hitting the road for site visits, collaborating with clients, builders, and stakeholders while taking precise measurements and gathering key details.
* Crafting persuasive sales proposals and agreements that seal the deal.
* Scouting out fresh market opportunities and chasing down new leads to fuel our growth.
* Generating your own leads and jumping on those provided by our team with speed and enthusiasm.
* Keeping our leads system sharp, organised, and up to date.
* Shining at sales workshops, events, and promotional activities to showcase what Aussie Lifts is all about.
Qualifications
* A team player who's not afraid to take the lead and make things happen.
* Driven by ambition, with a fire in your belly to smash sales targets and exceed expectations.
* Bursting with positivity, energy, and a "let's do this" attitude.
* A relationship-building superstar with existing connections to builders and construction companies from a similar role.
* A stellar communicator who thrives on solving problems with creative, client-focused solutions.
* Experience in the lift or construction world is a bonus, but not a must.
* Able to read architectural drawings
* Tech-savvy, with strong skills in email, software, and IT systems.
* A valid driver's license to get you out and about.
