- Advise senior leaders and the business across the employee lifecycle, guiding department heads to drive growth with confidence
- Provide strategic HR and workforce planning to align with business objectives
- Foster a high-performance culture through talent development, performance management, and initiatives
- Lead and support on ER/IR matters with advice, compliance & legislation, policy, and company values
- Partner with the Head of HR and Business leaders on organisational design, change management, and cultural transformation

Requirements:

- Strong business acumen and hands-on approach focused on delivery
- A strong background across the full employee lifecycle including performance and remuneration reviews, external business job architecture, talent and succession planning, recruitment, and workforce compliance
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms - ideally Workday - using systems to streamline processes and support data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with strengths-based frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, policy development, and employee relations best practice
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and build trust at all levels with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
