The Role
Initially you will take ownership of small to mid-sized research projects while contributing to larger, more complex programs of work. The role blends hands-on research and evaluation delivery with client engagement, analysis, and storytelling, offering strong exposure across the full research lifecycle.
* Leading end-to-end delivery of research and evaluation projects
* Designing questionnaires, discussion guides, and evaluation frameworks
* Managing timelines, budgets, and external fieldwork suppliers
* Translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations
* Preparing written reports and client-ready presentations
* Supporting proposal development and cost estimates
* Liaising directly with clients to manage expectations and progress
About You
You're a confident social researcher who can independently run projects and enjoys balancing analysis with client interaction. You're comfortable working with data, communicating insights clearly, and contributing positively within a collaborative team.
* 3–5 years' experience in research, consulting, or evaluation environments
* Strong quantitative analysis skills using tools such as Q and/or SPSS
* Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation
* Clear, professional writing and presentation skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively and support junior team members
* Work on meaningful projects with real social and policy impact
