The role will be carried out across various construction sites throughout the Melbourne area. You will be required to spot workers operating EWPs (scissor lifts and boom lifts) and support the team with grouting and patching precast panels installed on site. This work involves the use of specialised concreting tools and equipment, including mixers, jackhammers, and grinders.
Previous construction experience is desirable but not essential. A basic understanding of power tools is expected, and full training will be provided for the right candidate. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good physical fitness, high energy levels, and a genuine willingness to learn. A reliable personal vehicle is required due to travel between sites, and you must be open to undertaking further training. This position offers the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 57 per week
