The Role
We currently have a fantastic career opportunity for motivated casual Reservations Agents, based at Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport in Mascot.
The Reservations Agent is responsible and accountable for the administration of all reservations and inbound call enquires, special guest requests, as well as ensuring the accurate inputting and processing of all reservations information. This role is also responsible for up-selling and promoting the Hotels\' facilities through strong product knowledge.
Responsibilities
The Reservations Agent handles all reservation administration, processes inbound calls and guest requests, and inputs reservation information accurately. The role supports up-selling and promotes hotel facilities through solid product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Reservation Department;
- Passion to deliver a 5-star service at all times;
- Impeccable grooming and well mannered;
- Ability to work in a team environment that aims to achieve a high level of service;
- Knowledge of Opera system will be advantageous;
