The Payments Operations Program (POP) is a large, business-led program focused on uplifting the operating model and resourcing for the RITS ecosystem, strengthening shared services processes and IT controls, and improving knowledge management and training for staff supporting RITS.As part of the Enterprise Change Practice, you will be supported day-to-day by the program Senior Change Manager, leading people-focused change activities for technology uplift in the payment operations environment.
You will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across the organisation, delivering an end-to-end change program.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Change Management: Lead the development and execution of change plans, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications and transition planning.Communications Planning & Execution: Design and deliver communication and engagement plans that bring clarity and confidence to change.Collaboration & Influence: Partner with project teams and business leaders to embed sustainable change.Training & Capability Uplift: Design and implement training plans to support behavioural and process change.Conduct change impact assessments to analyse how changes affect people, processes, systems and culture.Monitor and report on change readiness using surveys, interviews and data to assess readiness and track adoption progress.About YouProven experience in change management within large-scale transformation programs, preferably in technology uplift initiatives.Strong knowledge of change frameworks (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR).
