Outline Duties
Performing a lead role in ensuring ongoing delivery of Electrical Facilities Maintenance services, providing trades support, supervision and direction, whilst driving service delivery programmes. Ensure the timely delivery of the full spectrum of Electrical Technical Services – planned preventative; reactive maintenance and minor works.
Skills and Attributes
* Electrical Maintenance Supervisory or Technical Facilities Manager within a major Integrated FM Service Provider or Building Services Contractor managing the delivery of electrical services to Commercial, Government or Industrial sites.
* Strong experience in managing a team of electrical trades / maintenance staff providing clear direction and timescales to ensure their effective achievement of Contract delivery objectives.
* Implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules on a CMMS.
* Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
* Undertake regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.
* Oversee and undertake project management of minor project works up to $1M.
* Able to analyse data and digital platforms to identify trends and drive performance.
* Manage the electrical maintenance budget, tracking expenses and negotiate local subbie contracts.
* Prior experience working within a large complex site, such as a University, Hospital or Data Centre would be beneficial.
