We are seeking a seasoned construction expert to oversee the execution of residential land development and infrastructure projects with precision, speed, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of large-scale subdivision and infrastructure projects from tender to completion.
* Manage contractors, schedules, budgets, and project compliance.
* Prepare and review project scopes, tender packages, budgets, and delivery forecasts.
* Foster collaboration among consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve successful outcomes.
* Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and contractual obligations.
* Conduct regular site inspections and provide accurate financial and progress reporting.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
* Represent the organization with integrity, professionalism, and commitment to quality.
About You
* Possess a tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management, Civil, or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
* Hold at least 10 years' experience in civil construction or residential development.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering large-scale subdivision and infrastructure projects.
* Have a strong understanding of civil construction contracts (AS2124 / AS4000).
* Be skilled in interpreting civil drawings and managing complex project documentation.
* Demonstrate effective communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Show ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
* Be willing to travel across regional project locations.
