We are seeking a clinical professional to lead our eating disorders service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community-based intensive treatment and residential recovery program.

The Role
* Provide clinical leadership and oversee the development and management of a multidisciplinary team delivering specialist community-based treatment for adults with an eating disorder.
* Optimize clinical processes and individual client outcomes.
* Effectively manage human and physical resources.
* Lead and direct change management initiatives statewide and at a regional level, including the development and implementation of our model of care and relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Foster consumer and carer participation at all levels of the service, including quality, safety, and improvement activities and service development co-design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Participate in the delivery of services for adults (16 years and older) with an eating disorder and their family and carers.
Requirements
* Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and possess specialist tertiary graduate or postgraduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification; or completed an accredited hospital-based program that led to registration as a psychiatric nurse by the relevant nurse regulatory authority within Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the United Kingdom.
* Current Working with Children Registration.
