About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
OpenText Technical Consultant – SAP Basis
to join a high-performance team delivering enterprise-grade solutions. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of OpenText xECM for SAP, working across multiple environments and ensuring seamless integration and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade OpenText xECM components including Content Server, Directory Services, Web Services, and Archive Centre.
Support full lifecycle implementations of OpenText xECM for SAP – from design to go-live.
Perform system monitoring, patch management, performance tuning, and backup/recovery.
Collaborate with SAP Basis teams to ensure seamless integration and system stability.
Provide technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Experience
Extensive hands-on experience with OpenText xECM for SAP.
Proven track record in SAP Extended ECM implementations.
Strong knowledge of OpenText architecture and administration.
Experience with OpenText System Center and related tools.
Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
Fluent in English, written and verbal.
Highly Desirable
OpenText and SAP certifications.
Experience delivering complex SAP projects in government or enterprise environments.
Australian citizenship (mandatory due to security clearance requirements).
