Supported Living Facilitator
Our organisation is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator to join our team. As a Supported Living Facilitator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and reach their full potential.
Job Description:
* Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes
* Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities
* Transport clients to appointments and assist with shopping
* Work effectively with clients and colleagues in a team-oriented environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a team environment
* Experience working in the disability sector an advantage
* CPR and First Aid certification required
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
