Our State Government department is seeking a motivated AO3/1 Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and customer support within a busy operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver efficient and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage fleet car bookings (UMS) and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and telephone calls within required timeframes.
* Work effectively in a high-volume environment with KPI monitoring and performance mechanisms.
* Connect and liaise with industry, local suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.
* Compile documents, reports, and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Office and Ellipse.
* Develop, maintain, and improve procedures, manuals, and registers.
* Undertake general administration duties and support senior staff as required.

Mandatory Requirements:
* Current clean driver's licence

Highly Desirable Skills:
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel
