Data Development Officer Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Data Development Officer. This role is critical in delivering outcomes of local and national significance, working closely with the Manager Health Information.
About the Role:
The Data Development Officer will be responsible for operating with a large degree of autonomy, reporting to and working under the direction of the Manager Health Information. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge and understanding of the health services sector, state and local health legislation, national health reforms relating to and impacting on service provision and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. High-level communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with a proven capacity to build productive relationships efficiently and effectively and liaise with a variety of staff, management, and other internal and external stakeholders.
2. Demonstrated experience with Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) Systems Development, with demonstrated high-level conceptual and analytical skills, particularly applied to trouble-shooting and problem-solving, together with experience in transforming the business requirement into effective and reusable ICT solutions.

Award/Classification:
The salary range for this position is $98,255 to $103,069 per annum, with an additional 11.5% superannuation contribution.
