A1 Plant and Civil are currently looking for a Civil Construction supervisor to join our team.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Site Supervisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations on site, including supervision and leadership of employees, subcontractors, and plant/equipment. You will ensure that all personnel under your control operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with legislative and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise employees, subcontractors, and plant/equipment on site.
* Ensure all personnel adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Implement and maintain project processes, procedures, and systems to manage risk and ensure efficiency.
* Present weekly programs to mitigate project risk, monitor progress, and keep projects on track.
* Monitor all goods, resources, equipment, and services to meet HSEQ standards.
* Provide operational support to the estimating team to optimise construction methodologies.
* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
* Lead by example in operations, communication, and best practices.
* Monitor employee and subcontractor performance and escalate concerns appropriately.
* Maintain knowledge of industry trends, client requirements, and compliance standards.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil construction.
* Experience on technical civil projects, including subdivisions.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
* Organisational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
