Your New Role
The Aware Super Income & Markets team are currently hiring a new Investment Analyst, to play a key role in supporting the Fund's trading, liquidity, and markets strategies. You'll help manage cash, derivatives and funding exposures, contribute to portfolio implementation, and drive process improvements across a dynamic investment platform. This is a rare opportunity in a team that manage the exposure for one of the largest books in the Australian market, and to collaborate with teams across the entire investments division. Your role will include:
* Coordinating daily product rebalancing processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and robust risk controls.
* Supporting cash flow and funding plans, exposure management, and portfolio transitions.
* Assisting with trade execution and implementation for internal investment strategies, including derivatives and hedging.
* Providing reporting, trade administration, and post-trade support, including transaction cost analysis and performance analytics.
* Contributing to workflow improvements, system enhancements, and the delivery of key projects across the investment team.
How do you exceed our expectations?

* 2+ years' experience in financial markets or investment management, with a relevant tertiary qualification.
* Sound working knowledge of exposure management, portfolio implementation, and order management systems.
* Experience or knowledge of derivatives, data, and reporting is highly regarded.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication skills.
* You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
