In your role you will perform administrative functions in relation to admissions, discharges, and transfers, accounts receivable, reconciliation of accounts and Patient Trust, as well as, general inpatient ward and front office reception duties.

Herberton Hospital is a 38-bed rural hospital providing patient centred palliative care, aged and respite care, as well as high, low, and complex dementia treatment. Inpatient services are well integrated with the primary health services provided by Atherton Community and Allied Health Services. Herberton Hospital also provides a nurse led outpatient clinic for dressings and walk-in emergency cases.
