The opportunity:
Our client is a leading specialist commercial litigation firm. The firm is mostly ex top tier and big law firm litigators who have created a rewarding workplace with future opportunities for growth. They have work across an impressive mix of clients on a varied range of complex and superior court litigation work.
About the role:
This growing firm is looking at recruiting a lawyer (at Associate, SA or SC level) to work closely with the partners within the group. Working along side several highly-regarded and respected disputes partners, your day to day will offer a challenging mix of litigation with current matters including:
* general commercial contracts and equity disputes;
* professional indemnity claims;
* intellectual property litigation;
* high value insolvency / bankruptcy litigation matters;
* property matters; and
* conflict work from top tier law firms.
Skills/Experience:
* a minimum of 3 years post admission (up to Special Counsel);
* experience across general commercial litigation;
* good file management skills;
* a high level of attention to detail; and
* the confidence to work closely with your clients and barristers.
