Work closely with R&D to provide operational feedback into product improvements and contribute to new product development initiatives with a strong focus on manufacturability, reliability, and field performance.

Ensure compliance with OHS standards, site safety requirements, and applicable mining and regulatory frameworks across all operational and service activities.

Contribute to senior management forums, providing input on operational efficiency, service strategy, growth planning, and cross‐border operations.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience deploying engineered hardware solutions in mining, industrial, or asset‐heavy environments.

Strong background in operations management, hardware system deployment, and lifecycle support within safety‐critical or remote operating conditions.

Demonstrated capability in managing preventive maintenance programs, field service operations, quality investigations, and corrective action processes.

Experience working with internal cross‐functional teams, including R&D, sales, contractors, and external partners.

Solid understanding of inventory management, logistics, tooling, and workshop operations.

Well‐developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with site‐based personnel and senior leadership.

Regular domestic and international travel is required to support operational sites, project delivery, and key stakeholder engagement.

The role involves approximately 10‐20% travel commitment for operational sites and stakeholder engagement activities.

Occasional travel to Melbourne during first year and regular travel to APAC mining project locations is expected.
