Location: Kotara. Employment type: Full Time. Salary: $82,106 - $110,143 per annum + annual leave loading & superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000.

What You'll Do as a Team Leader
* Lead and mentor your team: Support colleagues to achieve professional goals and navigate challenges.
* Champion clinical excellence: Ensure high‐quality, evidence‐based therapy that improves participants' lives.
* Foster growth and development: Help team members implement Grow Plans and celebrate achievements.
* Collaborate with leadership: Work with Area Leads and other Team Leaders to improve service delivery.
* Promote a positive culture: Build a connected, supportive team environment and share knowledge and successes.
Who We're Looking For
* A qualified Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, or Physiotherapist with AHPRA/SPA registration.
* A natural leader passionate about mentoring and developing others.
* Experience in the disability sector and commitment to exceptional outcomes.
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
