About the role The Maintenance Planner is a Full-Time position, working at our Wetherill Park Cemintel Factory.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will manage and develop the preventative maintenance plan, resources including materials and labour and management of the CMMS.
In this role you will: Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with permit issuing procedures Lead weekly planning of maintenance activities (electrical and mechanical trades) Manage preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs Oversee contract management related to maintenance operations Ensure availability of materials and spare parts for scheduled works Maintain and improve the site's condition monitoring program Input and manage maintenance data in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) What you bring to the role Skilled in mechanical maintenance (no formal qualifications required) Trained in confined space entry and working at heights certification Holds forklift license (essential) Proficient in SAP, MS Word & Excel Experienced in engineering roles within manufacturing (maintenance, industrial, services) – 3+ years Skilled in contract management and supervising contractors or third parties – 2+ years Capable of fixed asset maintenance, including preventive planning and execution Self-motivated, safety-focused, detail-oriented, decisive, and proactive in achieving KPIs What we offer We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
