Home Lending Specialist
About This Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Lending Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our lending department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by working closely with clients to meet their end-to-end banking needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lending Lead Generation:
o Create a pipeline of high-quality lending leads and nurture relationships throughout the buying journey using our CRM system.
* Lending Process Guidance:
o Guide customers through the lending process and ensure positive lending outcomes for all parties involved.
* Credit Analysis Expertise:
o Leverage your expertise in credit analysis to ensure positive lending outcomes for all.
* Relationship Building:
o Build strong connections with the community, branch team, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in Colac. To succeed in this role, you must consistently deliver exceptional customer service and have a high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
