About The Role
This is a front-facing role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations while delivering a professional and welcoming experience to staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage reception, calls and visitor interactions
* Coordinate onboarding and staff inductions
* Maintain office operations including supplies and meeting rooms
* Manage mail, couriers and office logistics
* Support team with admin tasks and events
* Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in office administration or reception
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident multitasker in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive, professional and approachable attitude
* Current QLD Driver Licence
