About the Role Team Leader, Records Inquiries and Mail Services oversees the delivery of records and mail customer services for the Department of Education. You will lead a team of records and mail professionals providing authoritative and efficient records, mail and courier services to a range of internal and external stakeholders. The purpose of this role is to: * Lead, supervise and co-ordinate the services and work activities of the Records Inquiries and Mail Services team * Support continuous improvement and a culture of safety and efficiency within the team * Develop and maintain productive relationships with department program areas, schools and other stakeholders to support efficient and sustainable service delivery * Manage procurement activities in accordance with relevant procurement policies * Provide key strategic and operational support to the Manager, Records and Mail Services.
