Role Overview
This is a rare opportunity to join our dynamic Tax team as a National Technical Training Manager.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and participating in the creation, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical training programs to our Tax team nationally.
You will also oversee the production of tax technical materials to ensure we remain a tax technical thought leader.
1. Work closely with senior leaders across our tax service lines and Learning & Development to identify, create, and deliver timely and relevant training programs.
2. Manage national technical training schedules and budgets to ensure effective training delivery and regular updates on expense tracking.
* Lead national training projects as required, preparing ad hoc project / business initiative reports and status updates.
* Curate and manage a knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools by Tax team members.
This role would be ideal for an individual from a Chartered Accounting background with comparable technical and training experience who is looking for a career development pathway away from client-facing work, where they can leverage their interest and experience in the Learning and Development space.
