Part Time

Our opportunity

Our People & Culture Team is growing Following the appointment of the recent Executive Director People & Wellbeing this role has been created to support the implementation of a new approach to employee compliance, mandatory training and positive employee and candidate experiences.

As an essential member of the team, this role will be responsible for the coordination of positive candidate experiences, ensuring contracts, variations and onboarding experiences are prompt, accurate and align with organisation obligations.

This role will also play an essential role in coordinating continuous improvement activities, creating contemporary approaches to employee record management, attraction & retention and onboarding and induction. Supporting the whole employee lifecycle this role will be well suited to someone who is looking for a challenge, ready to roll their sleeves up to make positive change to system, practices and ways of working.
