About the Role:
Key elements of this role will include:
Developing new client relationships while servicing your existing clients
Conducting in-depth face-to-face interviews
Engaging in high-level negotiations with external stakeholders at all levels

Your Background:
Ideally 12 months of consistent experience working in white-collar temporary recruitment or alternatively a strong work ethic, passion to succeed, and an ability to back your outcomes or
A proven passion for working with people, networking, and providing excellent customer service. This can include experiences across hospitality, credit control, retail, etc.
Ideally, strong sales experience coupled with excellent negotiation skills
You are resilient, a team player, and a confident communicator
