Speech Therapist Role Overview
This Speech Therapist position will provide therapy services to NDIS participants in Ballina, Byron Bay and Mullumbimby.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain a caseload and deliver timely impactful therapy services.
* Support participants across various settings – home, school, and community.
* Utilise clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals.
* Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve quality of life.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia is required.
* Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist is essential.
* Strong organisational and time management skills are necessary.
