About the role
This vital role is the welcoming face of MercyCare, warmly greeting visitors, staff, and customers as they arrive at our beautiful central office. Working closely with our administrators and, at times, the executive assistant team, this position plays an important part in creating a positive first impression, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of front-of-house services, handling incoming calls, and assisting with a variety of facilities and administrative tasks.
About you
You'll love meeting new people, being the go-to in answering questions, be exceptionally organised with a can-do attitude, be enthusiastic, professional and have great communication skills with a diverse range of people. Along with sharing our values your experience will include:
* Great customer service approach ideally with experience in a similar role
* A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people, be innovative and highly motivated
* Strong sense of ownership with excellent follow up and task completion skills
* A collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships and contributes to a supportive, high-performing team
* Cert III in Business Administration or similar is desirable
* Demonstrated problem solving and de-escalating skills
* Strong high attention to detail and be system savvy in Microsoft Office and online platforms, phone switchboard experience is a plus
* Be able to juggle priorities and work well under pressure
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
